Your whole home, in one app.
Need help, found a bug, or have a suggestion? Email one.roof.family.organizer@gmail.com and we'll get back to you.
Sign in with Apple or Google. One person creates the household and invites the rest of the family. Everyone then shares the same calendar, shopping list, budget, pets, documents and nudges.
How do I add someone to my household?
The household owner can invite members; invited members sign in and join automatically.
Is my data private?
Yes — your household's data is only visible to your household's members. See our
Privacy Policy.
How does receipt scanning work?
In Money, tap the scan button and photograph a receipt; the details are extracted for you to
review before saving. It's optional — you can always type entries by hand.
How do I turn on reminders?
Settings → Enable notifications, then allow notifications when prompted.
How do I delete my account?
See Deleting your One Roof account below.
In the app: open Settings → Delete account, and confirm. It takes effect immediately.
Already uninstalled One Roof? Email one.roof.family.organizer@gmail.com from the address you signed up with, and we'll delete the account for you. We action these requests within 30 days.
What gets deleted: your sign-in identity, your profile (name, photo, phone and the other details you filled in), your notification registrations, and all of your Whereabouts location data — your last known position, your arrival and departure history, and any safety-radius watches. If you are the last member of your household, the household itself is deleted along with everything in it: budgets, shopping lists, pet records, documents, calendar events and nudges.
What stays: if other people remain in your household, the shared content stays with them. Entries you added to a budget, items on the shopping list, calendar events, pet records and uploaded documents belong to the household rather than to your account, so the household keeps working after you leave. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone; copies may persist in encrypted database backups for up to 30 days before they are overwritten.
